| So I haven't been updating, nope sorry, I've been fooling around with Myspace too much. Oh Well.
SO question for everyone- anyone want to go see jewel with me on June 3 or 4? | | |
| Sick at home is no fun, even though I get to sleep, and watch movies all day. Although having a computer I can use in bed is quite nice.
So to bring everyone up to speed on me...
I graduated from PBU in December, and I am now the student ministries Intern at my home, First Baptist Church of Perkasie. I am working with our youth group and young adult ministires, leading worship and stretching myself in different areas of ministry. When I'm not doing that I am a humble cleaning specialist, Cleaning carpets, upholstrey, attacking mold and water damage all over bucks county! My new hobby is teaching myslef how to record music (not as easy as it sounds) which also means I'm spending money on stuff I don't really need... Not a whole lot more happening, all that is keeping me pretty busy, Sorry to all by PBU friends, I miss you all and hope to get some free time soon to do something with you. I WILL be at graduation on May 6th.
Thats all for now... J

| Hey everyone seems to think I've dissapeared, so I've got the solution to keep everyone up to date with me- get back on Xanga!! I'll ty to start doing this regularly again...its been awhile | | |
| OK Ok, just so everyone knows I am still here. A summer has
passed, I'm a little older, I'm a little wiser, and I'm starting to get
hair in really weird places man... ok random Wayne's World quote....
anyway I trying to get motivated to finish up school this semester, and
still not sure what I'm gonna do next. God has provided a job for
this semester already, and I'm just waitin on Him to show me whats
next, as always.
I'm doin TONS of music right now and its not stopping anytime soon.
Savoir Faire is still working on completing its first full length album
(due out in October) and I will be riding the philly circuit soon
playing in a cover band. Sure it may be selling out, but at least
I'm getting to play out again. Worship has been growing and
maturing at the gathering, and I am now leading for youth group
too. Wow lots more goin on than I thought.
Can't wait to see eveyone at school. I'll be aroudn tuedays and thursdays, maybe ill see some of you in class.

| hey everyone, its been a while but its ok because I actually feel like
I'm accomplishing more more than just work this summer. I'm
studying guitar more than ever this summer, (somewhat inspired by the
man mentioned above) and not spending it doing crap on the computer.
Anyway things are good, I don;t think I have any big annoucements, but
even if I did I'd probably forget them as I sat down to type here.
Once again finances are slim, but its also God telling me not to waste
money... once again... The last week or so has been God teaching
me how to love better. I had to see the unloving things I do
toward beleivers before I was able to be taugh a little more about how
to simply show love to the world. Its not about bible banging or
taking out a bullhorn and telling everyone they're going to hell, its
about caring and not condemning that brings out Christ in you.
I stumbled across and internet podcast with a message that hit this
right on the nose. Th speaker (Steve VanZant) was ripping the
church apart becuase of its lack of love. We turn more people
away because of our condemnation than anything else. I saw a sad
, horrible example of this this week in my church and it broke my heart.
If we are truly filled with the spirit, we will see through the sin and
condemnabel things in others and instead see the beauty of the heart
and need for Christ in their soul.
I WANT EVERYONE TO LISTEN TO THIS MESSAGE AND TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK- ths guiy is incredible.
